Taru’s Story
Introducing…Taru Fisher, NLP Health Practitioner & NLP Coach & Healer Certified Medical Cannabis Wellness Advisor
Spiritual. Centered.
Passionate. Purposeful.
Physically challenged. Tired. Grieving.
All of these — at one point, or many, in my life, have described me.
In my 30s, I traveled to India twice to sit at the feet of my spiritual teacher. This is where I received my name, Premtaru, which means tree of love. He told me that in my elder years, many people would come to sit under my branches to be nurtured and receive love. I remember looking over my shoulder to see who he was talking to, only to realize it was me!
I’ve had more extraordinary experiences in this one life than I could ever have imagined.
From living in a spiritual commune in Oregon in the early ’80s and appearing in an Emmy award-winning documentary about it, working as a Psychiatric Technician, feeling the pain and challenges of Rheumatoid Arthritis since I was 33, grieving the loss of my eldest son, and experiencing the divine bliss of oneness.
But wait, there’s more!
In my current life, I am using my medical training, my NLP Health Practitioner and NLP Coach training as well as my life-changing experiences to help women transform the way they age, and to educate and coach about using medical cannabis for health and wellness.
