Our clients are not the folks you’d see hanging out at the gym. Many are busy professionals and business owners who formerly said they didn’t have time to work out. They come to Alive! because they can get a complete workout in 20 minutes – no shower required – and still have time for lunch.
Other Alive! clients are post retirement.
