He explains everything and helps me through each phase of the workout. Reminders to push through and breathe help so much as it is easy to forget what one is doing when concentrating on the physical effort. And, he happens to be a very nice man. "Where I see the most change is in my other sports. I'm a cyclist and the slow motion strength training has really helped me with my hill climbing. I used to be afraid to answer the phone. I never knew what I would get into. I let the answering machine pick up most of the calls. Now I answer the phone, because I know I don’t have to be perfect and I will be able to prevail or explain why not to the customer.
