with Jim Jensen
  Jim Jensen and his dog

•     Have you fallen down or become aware of a change in your sense of balance?

•     Has the fear of falling prevented you from doing the things that you love to do?

•     Do you have osteoporosis and/or some other physical challenges that prevent you from doing many traditional exercises?

If so, then this is the program for you.

Through the use of the unique REACTIVE STABILIZATION™ Exercise Program we can help you to develop better balance, core strength, stability and overall physical functionality. This one-on-one exercise program is a safe, fun and effective program designed to get you moving and walking with confidence again.

The creator of this highly effective program, Jim Jensen, will be providing these private, one-on-one sessions at Alive! beginning April 21st. We are very excited to have someone of Jim’s caliber and expertise available to the clients of Alive! Whole Life Fitness Studio.
