Your SafeStrength® Training Sessions
Initial Evaluation Session
This initial session lasts up to one hour: ½ hour of medical history, interviews, and precautions. The last portion deals with training on the equipment. This session is for education, instruction, and reviewing the precautions and considerations of the slow motion, high intensity, low impact strength training protocol. The Information Form should be filled out regarding medical history and goals so James can review it for any medical condition for which we consider you will need a Doctor’s release prior to starting the program. The Informed Consent, Waiver of Liability, and Service Policies must also be reviewed and signed.
All forms need to be returned to us at the first session.
Second Session
The second session is ½ hour of more intense exercise, along with expanding on the principles of slow motion, high intensity strength training. Your Trainer will review precautions for safety, and will be with you face to face, one-on-one for the entire time you are training: setting up, positioning, instructing, and recording data.
Subsequent Sessions
By the third session you will begin to experience slow motion, high intensity strength training at its best and from then on you will know beyond a doubt the benefits of personal strength training using this method.
Each SafeStrength® training session will last approximately 20 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes allotted to review any paperwork, discuss progress, or any new medical issues that need to be brought to the Trainer's attention.

The Precautions handout should be carefully read and understood before your first session. We will be reviewing and discussing them before you start any strength training.
